TYPE : Water-Based Interior Floor Sealer for Non-resilient Surfaces PROD.# 1072
BENEFITS : Zep Seal 25 is a metal-interlock, water-based emulsion, acrylic copolymer sealer with 25% solids. Provides superior adhesion to oil-stained concrete surfaces. Can be used alone or creates an excellent base coat for finish, even on highly porous substrates. Water-resistant formulation is unaffected by standing water, and provides increased gloss. Each coat dries in 30 to 45 minutes. Provides durability and scuff resistance. Part of Zep`s "Next Step" system of floor care products. Meets or exceeds Slip Resistance Standards (when properly maintained) established by CSPA and UL as tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047
